90-Day Performance Guarantee – Ecom Success

We are confident in the Ecom Success system and our 3-Month Mentorship program.
To demonstrate that confidence, we offer a conditional 90-Day Performance Guarantee under the following strict criteria.

This guarantee applies only to customers enrolled in the 3-Month Mentorship Program.


What we guarantee

If you follow the program and do not reach:

R3,000 (ZAR) in total store revenue within 90 days,
you may qualify for a full refund — provided all requirements below are met.


Eligibility requirements

To qualify for the refund, all of the following must be satisfied:

1. Ad spend requirement

You must have spent at least R1,700 ZAR on paid advertising within the 90-day period on platforms such as:

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

  • TikTok

  • Google Ads

Proof must show:

  • Account owner name

  • Date range covering the full 90 days

  • Total ad spend ≥ R1,700 ZAR


2. Active store requirement

Your Shopify store must have been active for the full 90 days, meaning:

  • A published storefront

  • At least one product live

  • Checkout enabled

  • Domain or Shopify domain connected

You must provide:

  • Shopify dashboard screenshots showing the store timeline

  • Store analytics or sales overview covering the full 90 days


3. Campaign activity requirement

You must have run ads continuously during the 90-day period (not necessarily daily, but actively testing and running campaigns).

You must provide:

  • Ad account screenshots showing:

    • Campaigns

    • Ad sets

    • Creatives

    • Spend

    • Date ranges


4. Revenue verification

You must provide proof that your total store revenue is below R3,000 ZAR, including:

  • Shopify analytics screenshots

  • Order history

  • Sales totals


5. Implementation requirement

You must show that you:

  • Watched the training

  • Followed the setup steps

  • Built a working store

  • Launched ads

Refunds will not be issued to people who:

  • Never launched

  • Did not run ads

  • Or abandoned the process


How to request a refund

  • Shopify dashboard screenshots

  • Ad account screenshots

  • Store URL

  • Date range (90 days)

  • Proof of spend and revenue

We will review all submissions within 7 business days.

This guarantee is designed to protect serious students, not people who buy and do nothing.

If any information is falsified, incomplete, or misleading, the claim will be denied.
